Spring & Summer Catering Menus

Bright colours, light & fresh flavours signal it’s Spring! Our Executive Chef Christopher Matthews has been busy developing these menus, ensuring we have plenty of fresh ingredients courtesy of our two in-house Urban Cultivators. Partnering with photographer Bruce Gibson, our goal for this food shoot was to highlight bright yellows & greens, selecting items such as our Green Pea Gazpacho and Spinach Gnocchi and experimenting with kale tempura, which is delicious!
