Christopher Matthews - Executive Catering Chef
Inspired by great art and architectural design, Christopher Matthews’ approach to cuisine is all about balance. Christopher creates food which, in addition to being presented in a contemporary fashion, harmonizes the relationship between great taste, perfect texture and bold colour, while being grounded in the core concepts of Local Food Plus (LFP) and slow food.

From her expertise in front of the camera as a Food Network host, to her established portfolio having worked behind-the-scenes as one of the city's top event designers and marketers, Jasmine's style and business savvy are unparalleled.

As an advocate of genuine hospitality and event artistry, Jasmine brings her keen eye for detail to her role as Director of Marketing, Communications & Development. Jennifer Draper - Catering Sales Director

With a strong emphasis on impressive cuisine, Jennifer's focus is to create the most innovative menu, tailored to each event and budget. From corporate functions to personalized weddings, Jennifer has the unique ability to get to the heart of any event and make it truly unforgettable for her clients. 

Over the past 12 years, Jennifer’s passion for the foodservice business has lead her to work in all facets of the industry: Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants and Catering, where she has held positions in Sales, Operations, Front of House and Event Management. 

Jennifer’s attention to detail and ability to organize is second to none. Her expertise in managing even the most complex of events ensures that all aspects of her events are seamlessly executed. 


Jocelyn O'Keeffe - Senior Event Manager

Jocelyn’s inspiration comes from the opportunity to create a unique and personalized event for her clients.  Specializing in intimate gatherings and VIP client services, she thrives on attending to every detail and strives to exceed expectations. A purpose to make every guest feel as though it is 'their day' ensures her events are forever remembered.

After successfully completing the event management course at George Brown, Danielle gained further experience at a top hotel and then further propelled her career at one of Toronto's leading cultural institutions. With a passion for excellent cuisine and genuine hospitality; Danielle brings to Corporate & Office Catering, the same flair Eatertainment is known for with their large scale and gala events. Creating memorable events and developing long lasting client relationships is what Danielle is best known for.



MeeLee Shim - Events & Catering Operations Manager

A determination to succeed in the industry - not to mention a love of food and cooking - brought MeeLee to the fast-paced world of Events & Catering with Eatertainment. Initially hired as an intern with a background in Accounting and over 3 years experience in Hospitality, MeeLee worked up the ranks to become an Event Manager, working with some of our most high-profile clients.  

An impeccable ability to follow-through on every detail of an event agenda, schedule multiple events simultaneously, and oversee various facets of the operations of Eatertainment, lead Sebastien to create a tailored role for MeeLee as Events & Catering Operations Manager.

MeeLee has a great appreciation for special events, and loves the challenge of exceeding client expectations.


Paula Jack - Catering Coordinator

After working for over 10 years at premiere resorts and catering establishments in Arizona as Events Coordinator and Catering Consultant, Paula is thrilled to be back in Toronto. As Catering Coordinator at Eatertainment, Paula is the in-house organizer, working directly with each of the Event Managers to perfectly harmonize event specifics, all in support of the client's vision.

With her thoroughness and scrupulous eye for detail, no job is too big and no detail is too small for this catering maven.



Natasha Manji - National Event Manager - contract

After nearly 10 years in the event industry, Natasha is an event planning powerhouse.

Initially joining Eatertainment in its restaurant operations, Natasha quickly transitioned into Events and Catering, contributing to the growth of Eatertainment from a niche-market catering company to a full catering and event company hosting over 800 events annually.

Natasha has personally managed events with up to 4,000 guests, yet despite the number of events she's managing, her approach of treating every client, and every event like it's her only one, has solidified her at the top of her game.
