Warm melted chocolate served surrounded by fresh strawberries in a martini glass. Perfect for two. As Seen On 'Daytime Toronto' Valentine's Day Special - Feb 9th, 2006

Yield: 2 servings 8 oz semi sweet chocolate 12 perfect strawberries 2 martini glasses

Prepare strawberries, cut a slice from the bottom of each berry, 1/2 the way down the berry. Keep the green on top. Place bowl of chocolate pieces into microwave. Melt for 30 seconds on high heat. Remove from microwave and stir gently. Place back in microwave and heat for 15 seconds more. Repeat until chocolate is fully warm and melted.

Place 6 strawberries on rim of each glass. Transfer melted chocolate into two martini glasses. Serve immediately.
