Yield: 1 5oz cocktail

1 wild hibiscus flower garnish
1 teaspoon of wild hibiscus syrup
(available at shop@Eatertainment.com)
5oz Perrier Jouet Champagne or Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Chardonnay




Begin with a champagne flute of your choice.

Add the wild hibiscus flower and syrup to the bottom of the glass and pour champagne over.

The flower will take between 2 and 5 minutes to fully bloom.

The flower is completely edible so enjoy, once the drink is finished.
