Spiced Cream Cheese Canapé
Take traditional cream cheese and mix with raisins, diced chipotle peppers (or sundried red peppers) and Tabasco. Served a dollop on a Dare biscuit with a cherry tomato garnish.

Spiced Cream Cheese Canapé
Makes 12
1 – Tub of Cream Cheese
¼ – Cup Raisins
1 – Piece Chipotle Pepper
2 – Splashes Tabasco Sauce
12 – Dare Biscuits
6 – Red Cherry Tomatoes
Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator and place into a small mixing bowl.
To the mixing bowl add the raisins and Tabasco sauce.
On a clean chopping board, finely chop the chipotle peppers and then add them to the mixing bowl.
Blend the ingredients in the mixing bowl until everything is thoroughly combined.
With a teaspoon divide the mix into 12 piles on a chopping board or clean work surface.
With clean hands place each pile one by one on to the palm of your hand and with a circular motion create mini cream cheese balls.
Gently with your hands, press down on the balls to make baby patties.
Once all twelve patties are complete, place into the refrigerator for 10 minutes to chill.
Once chilled remove from the refrigerator and place one patty on top of each Dare biscuit and top with half a cherry tomato and serve
