After successfully completing the event management course at George Brown, Danielle gained further experience at a top hotel and then further propelled her career at one of Toronto’s leading cultural institutions. With a passion for excellent cuisine and genuine hospitality, Danielle started with Eatertainment in the office catering division building long lasting client relationships with her professionalism and drive to succeed!

Danielle is currently the Senior Event Manager for The One Eighty and has executed countless weddings/social events and corporate parties for companies such as Maybelline, Kitchen Aid, Sephora,    Air Canada and an athlete-packed Stance event during the NBA All-Star Week in February.


Julia Mae Baguisa

Excelling in the event management program at George Brown, Julia honed her hospitality skills as a manager with Joey Restaurant Group during her studies in College. After graduation, Julia parlayed her experience into a position at C5 Catering at the Royal Ontario Museum. At the ROM, Julia built a strong relationship working with Kelly Bolt, whom also worked with the Eatertainment team. Julia has further experience in the world of corporate catering prior to joining us.

Attention to detail, client relations and the satisfaction of executing an amazing event keeps Julia passionate about the industry!


Janis Yiu

Originally from Vancouver, Janis moved to Toronto 8 years ago and has been in the Hospitality industry ever since.  She joined Shangri-La in 2012 and after two years honing her skills in luxury hotel service, became part of the team at Le Germain Hotel MLSQ working as a Catering Manager overseeing four F&B departments. With a desire to focus solely on special events,  Janis joined Eatertainment in August 2016 and we’re looking forward to her immense creativity!

Jessica Forstner

Graduating from Fashion Arts & Wedding Planning at Humber College in addition to Event Marketing at Seneca College, Jessica brings a diversified knowledge base to her new role at Eatertainment.

With a love of design and over two years experience in event management, Jessica is able to multitask with a high attention to detail & strong organizational skills. Given her experience, she will be focusing predominately on bridal clients and creating talked about EAT weddings!


Jessica Folkard

Jessica graduated from the Event Management program at George Brown in 2014. She completed a two-month internship with Eatertainment during her studies, learning under the guidance of then Corporate Catering Manager, Danielle Daoust. Jessica’s resiliency and ability to multi-task transitioned her into being offered a full-time role as a Corporate Catering Coordinator post-college.

Jessica has a love of baking & scrapbooking, counting Golda’s Kitchen and Michael’s among her favourite stores to splurge.

Having spent over 15 years in the corporate world, 2017 marked a change in career direction for Nicola.  A change dedicated to using her experience and skills as a Project &​ Process Manager in an industry she is passionate about – Event Management & Catering.   Joining the Eatertainment family as a Catering Coordinator is like coming home for her since the process of​ curating a magical event for clients is paramount, her background provides a perfect match. Let’s not mention the smell of great tasting food wafting daily from our test kitchen, which she says is an added bonus.

An impeccable ability to follow-through on every detail of an event agenda, schedule multiple events simultaneously, and oversee various facets of the operations of Eatertainment, lead Sebastien to create a tailored role for Mee Lee as Events & Catering Operations Manager.
