Located in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District, Design Exchange (DX) has served as a critical meeting point for commerce, design, technology, and innovation. Purpose-built in 1937 as the original Toronto Stock Exchange, DX now plays host to a variety of events from meetings and fundraisers, to conferences and galas, and some of the country’s most spectacular weddings and events.

LOBBY

With room for 90 guests, access from Bay Street and the TD Concourse, the Lobby is the perfect meeting place for cocktail receptions, brand activations, ceremonies, or pop-up parties.

TRADING FLOOR

From corporate galas and product launches, to weddings and celebrations, the 6,000 square-foot space is the preeminent space for big impact events in the city. The Trading Floor features 40-foot high ceilings, murals by renowned art deco artist Charles Comfort and a lighting system capable of transforming the space into anything you can imagine.

GALLERY

With floor to ceiling windows and capacity for over 180 guests, our Exhibition Hall can transform into a contemporary dining room, a formal conference space, or an experiential event. An additional private room is included capable of accommodating 30-50 people for smaller meetings, breakout sessions or private luncheons.

LIBRARY

Make the bustling corner of King and Bay the backdrop for your event. This beautiful, brightly lit room is ideal for cocktail receptions, product launches, meetings and presentations.
