September always marks the start of our busiest season, and this year we kicked things off with an unforgettable celebration: the Hedda TIFF after-party at The Pearl. Produced and designed by the talented team at Bespoke Boheme, the evening was nothing short of extraordinary — transforming the venue into a completely immersive experience filled with music, entertainment, and culinary indulgence.
Transforming The Pearl
The Pearl was unrecognizable thanks to Bespoke Boheme’s stunning vision. Their design reimagined the space into a chic, layered environment that invited guests to step into another world. From the layout and lighting to the mix of furniture and floral details, every element felt intentional and elevated.
The collaboration of many skilled vendors brought this transformation to life. Furniture and rentals from trusted partners paired seamlessly with lush floral arrangements, creating a setting that was both glamorous and inviting. Together, these elements set the stage for a night filled with connection, creativity, and energy.
Culinary Highlights
At Eatertainment, we were delighted to complement Bespoke Boheme’s design with a culinary program that matched the elegance and creativity of the event.
- A beautifully styled grazing station welcomed guests with an abundant spread of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and fresh accompaniments — designed to be both a feast and a visual focal point.
- Elegant canapés circulated through the crowd, offering refined bites that balanced artistry and taste.
- For a touch of indulgence, a caviar station added a layer of luxury that perfectly suited the evening’s elevated tone.
These elements came together to create more than just food — they offered guests a culinary experience that was as memorable as the entertainment and design around them.
A Night of Unforgettable Performances
Entertainment played a central role in the Hedda after-party, filling the night with movement and sound. Guests were treated to a lively performance by ST. ROYAL, whose infectious energy had everyone on their feet, while Shahi Teruko captivated with her artistry. Later in the night, DJ Daisy O’Dell took over, keeping the crowd dancing well into the evening.
Interactive moments added a personal touch: JW Lettering offered custom key engravings as keepsakes, while creative activations like a martini cart — and even drinks served by a contortionist — kept guests surprised and delighted throughout the night. The result was an atmosphere that felt alive at every turn.
